easy & healthy– version of garlic bread prepared from wholewheat/multigrain bread; the same taste but a lot more healthier!

Serves: Makes 12 bread sticks
Ingredients for Garlic Butter:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 whole-wheat/multigrain bread slices
Combine all the ingredients for garlic butter in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
Place the slices of bread in a dish and spread the prepared garlic butter on each slice with the help of a butter knife.
Heat a flat non-stick pan. Place 1-2 bread slices (depending upon the size of your pan) on it with the garlic butter side facing downwards. Toast on medium heat for about 30-60 seconds or till the base turns golden-brown and crispy from both sides.
Repeat the same process for the remaining bread slices.
Cut each toast into 3 sticks and serve hot.
