Instant recipe for a unique and gorgeous dessert as well as drink prepared by layering basil seeds, dessert sev (vermicelli), rose flavoured milk topped with a scoop of ice-cream and chopped nuts. Traditionally, it is prepared by simmering the milk to make it thicker but I have done a slight variation to prepare it instantly if you are expecting guests or you want to have it straight away and can’t wait for 2 hours for it to be ready!
